LEVIAPAY brings together till, card payments, bookings, invoices, stock and compliance in one platform. Built for hospitality, retail, hair and beauty, fitness, e-commerce, services, events and hotels — that is, for businesses where nobody at the counter has time for complicated software.
Day to day that means you take payments with the iOS app, optionally via Tap to Pay directly on the iPhone with no extra hardware at all. Reporting and administration happen in the web dashboard. More than 20 add-ons extend the system with whatever your business needs, cancellable monthly and free to try for 30 days.
We believe prices should be something you can check. That is why LEVIAPAY costs 1,29 % + 10 cents per card payment, with no monthly base fee, no setup fee, no minimum term and no notice period. Anyone who stays, stays because of the product and not because of a contract.
And we believe technology has to prove itself in daily operation, not in a product brochure. A POS system has to work at nine on a Saturday evening when the place is full. That is the standard we hold our work to.
LEVIAPAY is built by HVB Entertainment GmbH, based at Tübinger Straße 12–16, 70178 Stuttgart, registered at Amtsgericht Stuttgart under HRB 796226.
Development is aimed at the German market and its requirements: built-in cloud TSE, KassenSichV-compliant operation, GoBD-compliant unalterable records, digital receipts and a DATEV export for working with your tax advisor. Compliance is part of the product here, not an extra added later.
We concentrate on the product. Every feature has to solve a real problem from daily operation, or we do not build it. Better a few things that work reliably than many that half work.
Part of that is a direct line to support. When something jams, you do not want a ticket number, you want an answer. Feedback from support flows straight back into development, because that is where we learn fastest what is actually missing in practice.
