The biggest time sinks in a practice do not arise during posting but before it: incomplete till data, missing receipts, queries about the daily close. This is where LEVIAPAY starts. Every booking is signed by the built-in cloud TSE, and the record is GoBD-compliant and unalterable. What the till says is complete and traceable.
For you that means no debate about whether the books were properly kept, no reconstructing missing periods, no surprises at year end. The data arrives in the state you need it for posting.
LEVIAPAY provides a DATEV export. Your clients' till data can be taken into your established processes with it, without manual rework and without intermediate formats.
You can pull the export yourself as soon as your client has granted you access. You are not dependent on the client remembering on the first of the month.
The tax advisor portal is available at steuerberater.leviapay.com. There you can see your clients' turnover in the finance tab and download exports directly, whenever you need them.
That replaces the usual sequence of reminder email, follow-up query and a ZIP file sent on afterwards. Your client grants you access once from their LEVIAPAY account, and from then on you work with the data independently. With several LEVIAPAY clients, you manage every access point in one place.
In a Kassennachschau the tax office can inspect without notice. What counts then is whether the TSE signature chain is unbroken and whether the data can be exported in an auditable form. With LEVIAPAY both are standard: cloud TSE signing from the very first booking, KassenSichV-compliant operation, GoBD-compliant unalterable records, and the receipt obligation met.
The notification duty under § 146a AO that has applied since 1 January 2025 — reporting electronic tills via ELSTER — can also be handled cleanly on this basis: the details of till and TSE needed for the filing are held centrally. Assessing the deadlines in an individual case remains, as ever, a matter for your practice.
Your client grants access from within their LEVIAPAY account. You then sign in to the tax advisor portal at steuerberater.leviapay.com, where you can see the client's turnover and exports. Several clients are managed through the same login.

Yes. LEVIAPAY records every transaction in a GoBD-compliant and unalterable form. Every booking is additionally signed by the built-in cloud TSE, so the completeness and integrity of the till data is technically provable.
The technical prerequisites are in place: unbroken TSE signatures from the first booking, KassenSichV-compliant operation, the receipt obligation met and exportable data. Whether the books are entirely in order in a given case depends, as always, partly on the client's own day-to-day practice.
The tax advisor portal is at steuerberater.leviapay.com. Your client grants access from their LEVIAPAY account, and from then on turnover and exports are available to you directly.
